We offer both National and International shipping.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the total weight of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your outfit has been dispatched, we will automatically share your tracking details via WhatsApp or Email so you can monitor your package's journey.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Each of our outfits is exclusively custom-made to your requirements.
* Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
* We encourage you to review all details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we are happy to assist with a refund or resolution.
To process a claim, the following is mandatory:
1. Parcel Opening Video: You must record a continuous, unedited video of yourself opening the package for the first time.
2. Visual Evidence: The video must clearly show the damage to the item.
3. Submission: Please share this video with us via WhatsApp or Email within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Note: We cannot process any refund or damage claims without a valid parcel opening video.
