1. Can I cancel or change my order?
Because each outfit is custom-made specifically for you, orders cannot be canceled or modified once payment is completed and the production process begins.
2. How long will it take to receive my outfit?
Our standard timeline is 12–15 days for production, with a total delivery window of 2–3 weeks depending on your location.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.
4. What if my package is delayed?
While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen logistics delays can happen. In such cases, our team will proactively contact you via WhatsApp to provide an updated timeline.
5. What is your policy on damaged items?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, a parcel opening video is mandatory to claim a refund. Please ensure the video is continuous and shows the package being opened for the first time.
