Custom Order Policy
Each of our outfits is exclusively custom-made to your requirements.
* Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
* We encourage you to review all details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we are happy to assist with a refund or resolution.
To process a claim, the following is mandatory:
1. Parcel Opening Video: You must record a continuous, unedited video of yourself opening the package for the first time.
2. Visual Evidence: The video must clearly show the damage to the item.
3. Submission: Please share this video with us via WhatsApp or Email within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Note: We cannot process any refund or damage claims without a valid parcel opening video.
